Beijing Tianbing Technology Co., also known as Space Pioneer, suffered a catastrophic failure on Sunday during a static-fire test of the first stage of its Tianlong-3 launch vehicle at a testing facility in the Henan Province.

"The first stage of its Tianlong-3 rocket under development had detached from its launch pad during a test due to structural failure and landed in a hilly area of the city of Gongyi in central China," Reuters reported.

Amazon’s Satellite Internet Service Delayed While Elon Musk’s SpaceX Leads Space-Race | ZeroHedge

Amazon's rival to Elon Musk's Starlink, Project Kuiper, is running into delays. The company now anticipates Kuiper's first batch of low-Earth satellites will be launched late in 2024, versus the early projection of the first half of this year. Customer testing is not expected until 2025.

The New Scientist has posted a freaky video showing an experimental face intended for a robot that is made from living human skin cells, and is capable of smiling.

What?

Yes, you read that correctly.

The outlet writes “a smiling face made from living human skin could one day be attached to a humanoid robot, allowing machines to emote and communicate in a more life-like way, say researchers.”
