Elon Musk claims in a lawsuit filed Thursday evening in the San Francisco Superior Court that ChatGPT-maker OpenAI and its chief executive Sam Altman, among others, have breached the artificial intelligence startup's founding agreement that puts humanity over profits.

Customers who purchase Tesla's long-awaited Cybertruck are bound by a buyer's agreement that they cannot sell the futuristic vehicle in the first year – or risk a severe penalty.

SEC Investigates Whether OpenAI Deceived Investors, WSJ Says | ZeroHedge

The Securities and Exchange Commission sent a subpoena to ChatGPT creator OpenAI in December, requesting internal communications from CEO Sam Altman and current and former officials and directors into whether investors were misled, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing people familiar with the investigation.
