The Department of Justice is currently pursuing criminal charges in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, for possession of a  handgun equipped with a pistol stabilizing brace, in the case U.S. v. Taranto.

Colorado Governor Signs New Gun Restrictions Into Law, Including Bump Stock Ban | ZeroHedge

Colorado Gov. Jared Polis (D), signed a bill into law on April 10 requiring people to obtain a permit and undergo safety training before they buy certain guns.
