Filmmaker Michael Moore has decided that it is time to rewrite the Pledge of Allegiance in the name of tolerance and unity while attacking “MAGA-heads” and President Trump. If that seems confusing, it is a model of clarity when compared to the new pledge.

Mary Poppins (who is perfect in everyway) would likely call this “pie-crust patriotism.”

Moore has previously sought to amend the Constitution by repealing the Second Amendment. (more…)

A Michigan State University professor can sue two trustees for their role in a targeted campaign against him, a federal judge ruled recently.

Judge Hala Jarbou dismissed Professor Jack Lipton’s lawsuit against the board of trustees except for his claims against Trustee Rema Vassar in her personal and official capacity. His claim against Trustee Dennis Denno in his official capacity also remains, according to the May 28 ruling. (more…)
